We’ve got to give a shout out to a custom furniture company we found online called FoxDen Decor. We recently ordered a custom-built vanity for the powder bath in our Dade City renovation project. Wow! We couldn’t be happier with the results!
Since this house is located on acreage in a beautiful part of rural Pasco County, we wanted to give the powder bath a fun, rustic vibe. We decided to go with a hand crafted vanity made from reclaimed wood and custom metal work, topped with a modern vessel sink and faucet.
After some searching online, I stumbled upon FoxDen Decor on Houzz. There was a beautiful double vanity on their website that had the look I was going for, but I needed a single 34.5″ vanity. I emailed them a sketch of the dimensions I needed, along with a very detailed description of the color of wood and finish I wanted. They immediately emailed back saying they could do it no problem. After a few emails back and forth, I approved the design, they got to work.
Once the vanity was done (in about 6 weeks), they sent me a photograph to make sure it was exactly what I was looking for before they shipped it out (for free). It arrived safe and sound and turned out exactly the way we were hoping it would. We will definitely use FoxDen Decor again on future new construction and/or renovation projects!
