Jim Babson, Construction Manager
We are pleased to welcome Jim Babson, who recently joined our team as Construction Manager.
Jim is a Tampa native who comes to us with extensive custom and luxury home-building experience. Jim has over 19 years of local experience as a builder and shares our passion for building great homes.
A fun fact about Jim is that he was actually the Lead Superintendent on the night crew for the Extreme Home Makeover show when it came to St. Petersburg.
Lisa Harasiuk, Administrative Assistant
We are also pleased to welcome another Tampa native, Lisa Harasiuk, to our Charter Bay Homes team.
Lisa comes to us with a diverse construction background, having worked in both the administration and construction ends of home building. Lisa has worked for local and national home-builders where she held roles in accounting, permitting, warranty, office management and construction management. Lisa has joined Charter Bay Homes as an Administrative Assistant where she will assist in all of the day to day activities.
Our goal has always been to become known as one the very best custom home builders in all of Tampa Bay. With the addition of Jim and Lisa, we have taken two large steps closer to achieving that goal.
