The lastest details of the Cash For Caulkers program were released by President Obama recently. The program is designed to help homeowners install energy efficient components into their homes to help save on energy costs. These components could include new windows, insulation, A/C systems, water heaters, solar, and a host of other possiblities. The program is expected to offer a rebate to homeowners of up to $3,000, but still needs to be approved by Congress.
