We follow published recommendations by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), the Florida Division of Environmental Health (FDEH), and U.S. District Judge Eldon Fallon. When there is a difference of opinion between the above entities, we strongly recommend using the more stringent remediation guidelines as outlined by Judge Fallon.
